Humans remember stories better than we remember facts. Stories are more engaging - they can invoke a positive emotional response, which helps us remember better. We can use stories in the form of scenarios to help our learners, giving them a positive reason to remember what they learned. Then, they can take the lessons and apply them in their lives, including on the job.

This course is for anyone who is responsible for creating learning experiences that engage learners and help them with retention.

Not only do we talk about WHY scenario-based learning helps your learners remember and benefits them in their performance, but you’ll also be working toward creating your OWN scenario-based learning experience.

Through microlearning, curated resources, video meetings with breakout activities, and exercises you’ll share with your peers, you’ll be able to make a case for scenario-based learning and bring interesting and memorable experiences to your organization.

You’ll also get access to Eduflow Academy’s exclusive Slack community when you join the course.
