OPEN POSITION

Instructional Design and Content Creation

We are looking for an instructional designer to join our team at Eduflow. Your job will consist of different tasks spanning from producing courses, over managing our community of instructional designers, to writing our newsletter for instructional designers. You will be able to work remote or from our office in Copenhagen.

Who we are

Eduflow is a tool for running active online learning experiences. We are used at thousands of institutions around the world all the way from middle school to corporate training at Google. We believe that digital tools for learning need to be more than just a playlist of videos. We're building learning activities that instructors can use to engage learners and make them active participants in their own learning process.

Our team is 11 people, working remotely from Texas through Denmark to Manila. We started in 2015 building our first product Peergrade and we are backed by top-tier investors such as Y Combinator and Learn Capital.

What you will help us with

Your work at Eduflow will be multifaceted and include classical instructional design tasks such as designing and building online courses, and tasks related to growth marketing such as managing a community and writing newsletters. Some of the concrete tasks you can expect to work on are:

👩‍🏫 Designing, researching and creating learning experiences for Eduflow (like this one).

👩‍🎓 Collaborate with other instructional designers to create, launch and run online courses about instructional design topics.

✍️ Work with a set of writers to produce engaging and relevant content for instructional designers (like this or this).

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Manage, moderate and grow a community of instructional designers.

📧 Research and write our newsletter going out to thousands of instructional designers (like this one).

💼 Manage and grow a job board for instructional designers and help connect instructional designers with clients.

Some of these tasks you will take on alone, and some of them will be in collaboration with freelancers and external collaborators. But you will have full support from our team at all times.

What we expect of you

✨ You have experience designing and creating engaging learning experiences.

✍️ You have excellent writing skills in English and you enjoy writing.

👩‍🏫 You are interested in topics related to instructional design.

🙌 You are responsible, collaborative and disciplined.

🏃‍♀️ You get things done.

Details about the job

💻 You will be working remotely or from our office in Copenhagen. You should be able to work at least 4 hours in between 9.00AM – 5.00PM CET so you have overlapping time with the marketing & growth team located in Denmark.

👩‍💻 The hiring process includes a few small tasks and potentially a paid project to see if we like working together.
