Who we are

Eduflow is a tool for running active online learning experiences. We are used at thousands of institutions around the world all the way from middle school to corporate training at Google. Your work at Eduflow will consist of a large number of varied tasks related to accounting, legal work, administration and keeping things in order. Some of the concrete tasks you can expect to work on are:

💸 Accounting: Communicating with our accountants in Denmark and US. Ensuring that all documents, numbers and data is in the right places. VAT payments. Prepare documents for applying for tax credits.

⚖️ Legal: Handle issuing of stock options. Assist with relocation of international employees. Create, manage, send and negotiate data processor agreements. Investigate additional data privacy measures we can take.

What do we expect from you?

🇩🇰 You speak and write Danish perfectly. You can work from our Copenhagen office at least 1-2 days per week.

⚖️ We don't require knowledge of any specific legal frameworks, but a lot of your work will be reading and editing legal documents - so you should be comfortable with that.
